Premier Grave Maintenance is a small, locally owned and operated grave site maintenance service serving the greater Toledo, Ohio area, Northwest Ohio and South East Michigan. We provide many services to care for your loved one’s grave, including clean up, flower delievery, flower planting, cleaning, restoration, and more. Show you care no matter how far away you may be.
At Premier Grave Maintenance we understand that the eternal resting place for your loved one is special. We take extra care and pride in restoring your loved one’s grave site. We never use any chemicals or cleaning techniques that would damage headstone, memorial, and grave site.
We offer a wide range of services that can be preformed monthly, Spring/Summer/Fall, every 6 months, or yearly.
We specialize in giving personal attention to individual grave sites.

Premier Grave Maintenance Services
An initial $25.00 fee is required for all new customers. Prices vary depending on the size and condition of the stone and the requested services. Headstones can frequently require follow-up visits to provide additional applications of cleaning solution to remove stubborn stains and biological materials. This $25.00 fee will be applied toward the price of services.
The Estimate Includes:
- Location of cemetery and grave site
- Review of cemetery rules and regulations
- Detailed inspection of grave site condition
- Digital photos of grave site condition
- Recommendation of services based on inspection
Annual Service Package
This service package includes one headstone cleaning visit. Additional services for site care can be added to this cleaning.
- Small Marker – $60.00
- Medium Marker – $75.00
- Large Marker – $100.00
Bi-Annual Service Package
This service package includes two headstone cleaning visits. Additional services for site care can be added to this cleaning.
- Small Marker – $100.00
- Medium Marker – $130.00
- Large Marker – $180.00
Quarterly Service Package
This service package includes four headstone cleaning visits. Additional services for site care can be added to this cleaning.
- Small Marker – $200.00
- Medium Marker – $260.00

Gravesite Care Services

$30.00 – Gravesite Care
- Removal of overgrowth and debris
- Grass trimming, edging, weeding, and raking of leaves and dead plant matter
- Urn and vase cleaning
Floral Arrangements
(When Combined with Stone Cleaning Services)

- Placement of artificial flower arrangements-Includes standard bouquets & materials
- Fresh flowers and special requests (mementos) will incur additional charges

Who is Premier Grave Maintenance service for?
Many people use our service for many different reasons. Here are some common examples:
- Individuals who are no longer able to tend to their loved ones’ graves.
- Family members and/or friends who live too far to visit on a regular basis.
- People who want a grave site ready for a special day.
- Individuals who find solace in knowing their loved ones are remembered.
Don’t cemeteries have groundskeepers that take care of the grave sites?
While many cemeteries have groundskeepers that provide basic lawn cutting and maintain the cemetery grounds, most don’t provide individual attention to each grave. Premier Grave Maintanance provides the extra care that your loved one’s grave site deserves
How often do you provide care at the grave site?
We will care for your loved one’s grave site as often as you would like us too. We have several maintenance packages to choose from or we can provide care as often as you like.
How do I know the requested services were performed?
With every service we provide we follow up with you. In most cases we provide before and after photos. We will email or text the images to you depending on your preference.
I don't know the exact location of the burial site at the cemetery. Can you find it for me?
Yes, we make every effort to locate your loved one’s grave site. Most cemeteries/cities/counties maintain records of most all grave sites.
Can you deliver flowers/plant flowers, a flag, a wreath, or other memorial items?
Yes, we can place any memorial item you wish on a grave site in accordance to the cemetery’s rules and regulations. We will check your cemetery’s rules and regulations before we place any flowers/plant any flowers or memorial items at the site. You will be informed of any limitations that interfere with your request.
The condition of the grave site is unknown.
Before we start any maintenance we will assess the grave site, take before pictures, notifiy you of any issues and if the maintenance services your requested are not enough or too much.
Can I select the day that PMG maintains the grave site?
Yes, when possible. We understand that you would like your loved ones remembered on a special day, such as birthday, anniversary, and holiday. We will do everything we can to accomodate your request. Maintanance on national holidays may incur an extra charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments through Square Up – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay. You can also with cash or personal check (14 day hold).
